The 2009 Boone Bash River
Dash was a great success. Despite the cold weather and rain, we had a
great day of canoe/kayak/adventure racing. Click

The Boone River and Webster City are home to Iowa's first Protected Water Area, multiple recreational trails, 1000's of acres of public recreation land, and of course the BOONE BASH RIVER DASH.
Come join us for a weekend full of canoeing/kayaking,
adventure racing, games, awards, good food, and entertainment on June
6th, 2009.

Riverside Park - 9:30 A.M. to 4 P.M.
Water Trail Designation
- June 6th at Riverside park in Webster
City, IA
- Present by the IDNR Deputy Director Pat
Boddy
Canoe and Kayak Races
- June 6th at Riverside Park in Webster City, IA
- Registration from 10 A.M. to 2 P.M.
- Multiple classes and divisions - check
out the registration

- Awards (following the race at West
Twin Park @ 5 P.M.)
- Cost is $10 per person - free t-shirt
- Rentals are available at registration.
- Free Camping at Riverside Park (to those
who register for the canoe/kayak race)
- Shuttle service provided
- Awards to follow
Adventure Race.
- June 6th from 10 A.M. to 12 P.M.
- Register @ Riverside Park (leave
canoe/kayak, drive to shelter #3 at Briggs Woods)
- Mountain bike at least 2 miles, then run
3.5 miles, then paddle 4.6 miles.
- Teams of 2
- Cost is $25 per team.
- Shuttle service provided
